Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
My scam report (which you can view by clicking here) shows this user scamming me out of a hundred and forty dollars, with the transaction of the Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:1730. As you can see in the above banned user threads, someone was scammed with this same exact Steam ID atop the user being banned for evading. Here is another user being recently scammed by this same user. Also, take a look at this recent taunting post by the user. http://www.sythe.org/15086936-post18.html

If you take a look at his userloopup IP's, it also shares with the banned ban evader shown on the third link.

 

User deteriorate has been banned permanently
