    User centre - perks for ex-mods
    Ex-mods are allowed to change their user titles and username images, but they can't do it in the user centre and have historically always had to ask a staff member to put in a request for a change. I'd simply just like to suggest that ex-mods have access to the perks they're allowed to change in the user centre.
