That may be useful for <130's but it doesn't touch on elite skilling methods.

To name one:
Mining gold at LRC, superheating the gold then low alching the bars.

 

That's not good mage xp.
That's not even good smithing xp.

You need to maximize xp/profit/hr.

 

Have you ever done it before? The low alch animation can be interrupted, its basically free exp, most people just superheat the bars as they are walking to the bank. It's about 35k mage exp/hour 25k smithing exp/hour 40k mining exp/hour compared to 50k/mining exp an hour if you didn't superheat/low alch.

erhm...BUT. First off, you can't bot that. Second of all, the smithing xp isn't that good, especially when being done by a player. You can get more than 50k xp per hour mining if you don't superheat or low alch at all, making your last sentence invalid.
There are better uses of your time, like i said, maximising profit/xp/hr is very important.

He doesn't use low alch but low alch is the same speed as superheat so it doesn't interrupt the mining process, it is much better exp then banking it! I don't see how efficiency is relevant to botting as botting is not efficient at all.

 

I think if we just made one thread, and people posted on there it wouldn't be much of a spamming problem. You can use wiki and find bogus ways to train. Asking people who may have the experience is more useful and a better source.

This is horribly incorrect, bots always make more than human's playing (if the bot is worth the time)

 

Agreed , however posting there questions on here gets them post count and gets them known and they can interact with the community.

 

People receive post count for real posts, not stupid questions with googleable answers.

While I agree with the fact people should try to find the answer before making a thread. I disagree with the way you try to promote it. You've spammed numerous people's threads, including one of my own, with "Use the wiki", even though the wiki couldn't/wouldn't/didn't answer the question(s).
