Usa Scammed $50

This is my original scam report, it was closed because there was no proof of the scam, however Usa clearly admitted to scamming him in the Msn conversation. I don't know what other proof I can provide, what do I need?

Alright, recently, USA Scammed my friend for $50.

USA was selling him a Pumpkin, the payment was sent, but the Pumpkin was never given. My friend is Banned on Sythe, but I still don't think it's ok for USA to scam him.

My friend has bought 2 other Disk of returnings from USA, and both trades were smooth.

USA said he scammed him because he believed my friend will chargeback the payments, although my friend has not charged them back, and I have spoken to him, and he will not charge them back, neither does he intend to.

I confronted USA about this; and here is part of the conversation between us:

In the end of the say, USA Scammed him. My friend did not scam USA, he did not charge back any payments, neither does he intend to.

It is wrong for USA to scam him just because he 'believed' the other payments would be charged back.

 

If he does not refund the payment within 2 days, he will be banned.

The money is not stolen or whatnot, please speak to me on Msn, If you believe it is stolen, then please refund it to the source it came from, therefore if the money is actually stolen then it will go back to the person it was stolen from, does that not sound correct?

It's not stolen anyway.
