Unwarranted Infractions

Already PMed Benwise about it. I understand why it occured, but the account being sold is actually my account, via Viper; therefore I think bumping the thread once in it's entire course is warranted.

Pretty unfair infraction, I think I have every right to point out the legitamacy of a post, whether it be subtle or blatant manner.

Perhaps warranted, although I'm not sure if NickV actually bothered to read the context of a debate in a forum which he does not moderate. There are plenty of lengthy explanatory posts in that thread, and sometimes one well-placed word says a lot more than 10 stupid ones.
