unresolved BasBassiBas conflict

This situation has been "dealt with" months ago in the eyes of the moderators who looked into it. However, I was sold an account in which
I no longer have access to due to the fact I was lied to.

I've talked to Bass a lot about this and he definitely won't be making the mistake of claiming ownership again. I can't even TwC him because everything was out on the table between you two, and he even offered you a refund twice. The only thing that was hidden from the trade was that he was not the original owner - he did however trust the original owner unconditionally, so he assumed (wrongfully) that it would be OK to proceed claiming that he was the original owner.

You were aware of the jag on the account. Removing it was not a condition of the trade. When Bass couldn't remove it, he offered you two refunds which you turned down. You also wrongfully assumed that the jag could be removed which is why you refused the refund, but that's nobody's fault other than your own.

Again I understand where you're coming from and it's a super shitty situation for you, but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done that is within good reason. Bass knows that I have my eye on him, so you can bet that if this happens again he'll be punished accordingly.

I understand not receiving a refund. I messed up my chance at that. However, after purchasing the account for 400m 07, the account should be 100% in my ownership. This means if it were to get locked or hacked, I'd be able to recover it. With Bas trusted the original owner unconditionally, there is absolutely no reason why I shouldn't have the account recovered and restored back to me. Had Bas recovered the account and gave it back to me, I wouldn't be bringing this issue up. The underlying problem here is that I bought an account from a trusted user who claims they can't recover it for me after stating they are the original owner. If they trusted the original owner, then it's his obligation to recover the account for me if anything goes south. He refuses to cooperate in this matter. All I want is ass to the account I purchased. If not I am 100% entitled to a refund. Thanks for your time. Sorry for multiple threads and the delay. I quit playing for awhile because of this and am still upset about it.
