hi i was last here about 2 weeks ago with an appeal, yet nothing was decided upon.
the issue (between Magic Arrow and myself) was resolved when i posted in this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=964472 (previous appeal)
Prior to that, Shinoda (former mod), was requesting my unban, but ultimately appeared to have forgotten after i asked Viper to my appeal before me in this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=443073&highlight=rs2cheeter
