• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Depending on how much detail you want I could go on for a while but to keep things somewhat concise I was young, dumb, and in a tight spot in my life where I needed some money. I took the RSGP and sold it, was punished on the other site, and I repaid more than what I had taken. There were 2 scams that I had conducted (both of which led me to being locked on the other site) which I have repaid many moons ago (As seen in the proof the moderator "Patrick" had provided me a list of payments I needed to make (even though 4/5 of them were false accusations)). In regards to why you should forgive me; I've grown older and understand the severity of what I did and have no intentions, nor the need, to commit any future scams. I took responsibility for the mistake I had made and corrected it. I provided the users which I had scammed more funds which I had taken, even going as far as to provide one user with an account with which he could play on. Interestingly enough the user that I provided the account with had me complete services on his account in the future and we had discussed the past events which I expressed my regret and he understood and forgave me for what I had done as it was 4+ years ago at the time. I have been ban free/scam free on the other site for over 5 years now and completed over 250 jobs for users in the mean-time.

Have you ever evaded the ban on here? Why does your current IP not match with the IP @xRMD had?

My current IP may not match up with the IP xRMD had as we have changed modems over the years and ISP's. I was using Google Chrome last night and when I tried on FireFox the message below popped up. I do however receive this message though; which somehow suggests I still do have the same? http://i67.tinypic.com/2mfeptf.png I apologize if I didn't follow the appropriate response format as I am unable to log-in to reply and can't make an account to reply so I had to make a new thread.

Also please link us to the part where moderator "Patrick" provided you with a list of all scams you had to repay.

• User: NashArtz - Not banned (home IP match) - In regards to this; I had a long time childhood friend that went under the alias 'Nasharts' or 'Nashartz'. He would often-times come over and use our secondary PC/laptop to play Runescape with me as his parents were somewhat strict with what he could and couldn't do. That's most likely why he is showing under my IP.

If you are unable to view the thread I will link photos of the thread. 'Tosho' was the moderator deemed to be my 'Repay Mediator' so he told me specifically what I needed to do. As seen in the thread/photos, Patrick took over and confirmed that all my prior scams had been repaid. A senior moderator named 'Zex' came in to double check everything was dealt with and re-confirmed that all was corrected.

• Also please link us to the part where moderator "Patrick" provided you with a list of all scams you had to repay. - Selling 74.7m Rsgp - d2jsp Topic This link should provide you with proof of the list of repayments I had to make. As seen in post #4; Patrick state I can only sell 2500, 1100, and 550 worth of RSGP. A total of 74.7m RSGP valued at 1fg:18k RSGP. The list of who those amounts specifically went to I no longer have as this happened 5 years ago. I have sent a request to Patrick to see if he has any lingering evidence but I highly doubt it as it was discussed via private messaging and due to site specific constraints users clear their inbox regularly to open the space. If you are unable to view the thread please let me know and I will take photos of the thread in its entirety.

Could you get both Patrick and user Foti (who seem to have been quite responsive on your scam reports) confirm to me or yourself in a PM that all debts were repaid?

Also, could you define the term "repaid"? Did you repay them out of free will, or did Patrick anti-scam you, as it looks like now?

Sorry Wortel; I kept the same template due to not wanting it to be auto declined as per the rules suggesting to keep the same template. Will just link the prior thread as stated.

I've sent Patrick and Foti (Known as Godlygreekspartan prior to changing his name) a private message. May take a few days/week? before hearing from them as they sporadically use the site anymore based on their activity.

The term 'repaid' means that the value of what I took was given back. Yes it was under my free will as it was my decision to pay back the scams I had commit. The process on JSP is that if you are found guilty of committing a scam your account trading status gets locked. You can no longer use 'Forum Gold' (JSP's online currency that's used between games etc) and in order to obtain the use of forum gold again you must go through the process of repaying the scams you've committed. I could have continued using the site without access to forum gold however I chose that that is something I wish to be able to use and in order to do so I had to give back what I had taken. In order to do that while in a locked status you have to have someone pay the fees associated to the scam. So I had to sell people RSGP for Forum Gold, in which they gave the forum gold to the mediator, who in turn distributed it to the people who I had been accused of scamming.

Is there anything else that you need? The 'Scam Repay' thread on JSP is what is used to keep track of the repayment procedure and I have 2 different moderators confirming that I had repaid all my scams. I'm not sure if they will be able to provide anything else as it's been over 5 years.

 

I'd like to await their answer via PM. I couldn't PM them sadly because for whatever reason that forum doesn't let me. Do you know if Foti has a Sythe account here? Because he said he was going to report you here? Or was that @ajrslg?

The site has a built in feature that doesn't allow users to pm people until they have 15 posts or something along those lines.

That was ajrslg. Foti said he'd report me on this site however I don't believe he ever did because the accusation was successful on the other site and I was tagged. From what I understand he doesn't have an account here but I'm not certain. He goes by 'Godlygreekspartan' or 'Foti' so you'd have better luck finding him than I would.

 

Yeah, just one match but it's been inactive since 2011. Anyways, enough chitchatting. Let me know if they've replied to you and if they haven't responded by.. let's say.. next week monday then let us know again.
