Hello,

My account seems to have been banned for being hacked. I have been inactive on sythe for months now and was looking to order some more training for one of my accounts.
I'm not sure what you require in terms of evidence? I can tell you roughly when I made the account and I can tell you what some of my previous passwords would have been as well.

Do you have your original welcome to Sythe email? Could you please screenshot that for me.
Could you also tell me a bit about your IPs? Where do you normally post from? State/Country/ISP etc..

Could you also provide a new desired email for your account.

 

I've let an Admin know your account recovery is ready for review.

His new email + virus scan is in the deleted posts above.

 

I've reset your email & password. I recommend adding 2fa to your account as well as some more recovery info available under "Contact details" for future use if needed.

Once your pw is changed, please post again for unban.
