What..?
Errr my friend posted that, very disappointing game from England vs Japan, not a great start, I think fabio might tweak the team a little.
What..?
England's best win in the last 2 years was Mexico. Thats not saying to much.
On paper, Spain would win hands down, but then again football is not played on paper.
Don't think for a second England stands a chance of winning, just take a look at their history.
Oh and it's interesting to point out that this is probably going to be one of the best world cups in quite a while as all of the major teams are in it this time around. Might have been nice to see Egypt in there, but otherwise the teams are all strong.
I would say that England's best wins in the last 2 years were against Croatia in the world cup qualys, they beat them 4-1 away and then went on to beat them by 5-1 at home. Croatia were the ones that dumped England out of qualification for the Euro 2008.
What does England's history have that suggests they cannot win the world cup this year? They've won it once in 1966 and they reach the quarter finals and semi finals regularly. On the other hand, Spain's history is even worse, they have never won the cup or gotten past the quarter finals.
I believe that England will be one of the top teams at the world cup, even if their recent form hasn't been great. Spain will do very well, but I don't believe they will win it. The USA and maybe Ivory coast will be dark horses.
I think that Argentina is one of the most talented teams in the Cup this year. They have 5 of the best forwards in the world (Messi, Tevez, Higuain, Sergio Aguero, and Milito), as well as Diego Maradona as their coach. They'll definitely go far.Argentina...Messi + Milito...![]()
Maybe Brazil too...one of those 2.

Man, Australia will totally win every match.
Bahahaha yeah right New Zealand beats Aussie at everything.

You all choose teams which have never won it or come to semi finals? Other than England.
being Realistic and actually knowing about "soccer" I can tell you that its between
Italy and France.
I'll even make a bet.
Two players won't make a team win. You need a good team all around.
That's not what he was saying though lol. He was simply pointing out that soccer can't be played as a 2-man team. Argentina has a lot of talent and is on my list as having the most chance of winning the Cup.To be honest, they have got a good team, Diego millito is a good player, scored two for inter in the champ. final. Tevez as well consistant player for city, messi obviously the best player in the world, rodireguiz is a great player also and mascherano is a great player for liverpool. I think they've got a good chance, good players and maradona being the manager has a lot of experience in international.
