    Yes they did.

    That ref knew it was a goal, he had called so MANY bad calls against the States it's not even funny.

    They were down 2-0.

    The final score should be 3-2 US.

    That was a perfectly fine goal.

    Honestly , I'm so glad that serbia won, not trying to be bias at all, but all the haters saying serbia had no chance.

    look at us now.
    beat the best team in fifa world cup.
    we were lucky that they had 10 players on the team after their red card.
    However they had many chances to tie or even beat us, especially with that penalty kick after Nemanja Vidic hand balled it trying to do a header.
    He made the same mistake as Kuzmanovic. Thank god Stojkovic saved the ball.

    Other then that , everyone was playing safe since there was 9 yellow cards handed out and 1 red card, and the refs clearly wernt allowing no foul play.

    you obviously know nothing. Yes, Argentina is a powerful group but I laugh at you for thinking they are the best team, when every team has played 1-2 games.

    You think they are the best team because they have a 2-0 record? Look at Japan, they will surely win against Netherlands and will have the same record.

    Dont get me wrong, I see Argentina going far, but don't try to argue with me about soccer. You can when you watch and study more about the sport than just watching the World Cup.

    First off. You didn't state any facts. Secondly, they are 2-0, and I'm not basing my opinion on just their record. Their style of play has been phenomenal. They've possessed the ball more than their opponents and they've taken so many more shots at goal and have tried to attack offensively. Their defence is pretty solid and they rarely let anything go past them.

    Italy is one of the oldest teams in the World Cup right now. Most of their spirit and gameplay was in 2006, but with mostly the same players as their '06 squad, they won't be able to do anything this year.

    Again, Netherlands is another underrated team who will come out and defeat Japan. Their offensive style is their own kind and will surely play around with the Japanese.

    I'm probably one of the most knowledgeable soccer fans on this forum and I know my stuff. I'm not just basing my opinions and thoughts on just the World Cup. I've watched soccer for years and I can surely back up my claims. You just simply stated Italy was the best team in the Cup without providing proof and facts.
