Unnoticed dispute

[UnregisteredSarahpalinnN]

Hi my dispute has gone unnoticed. My sythe name is Sarah palin and I was banned for evading. I don't even know who the hell exchangerrs is. I'm using college network for USCUpstate. I was told to register via proxy. This is a big clusterfuck and I'd like to be unbanned.
