Register on that website. You can make up information if you want. Once you're registered, it should say something about a Halo 3: ODST test on the homepage. Take it, and make sure you get 100%. If you fuck up you can exit the test and start over. Once you complete the test, you will be exited out of the test screen. Click the button that says something like "Proceed to HQ" or whatever. It should then ask you for an email to send your beta code/instructions to download to.

I was considering selling this.. but I'm not feeling greedy for once. So, enjoy.

You can make shit up. I just put a random company/store number and it worked for me and for tons of people on bnet so if you don't trust me go to bungie and check out the Reach forum. It's all over the place.. or at least it was a few minutes ago, mods might've gotten it under control by now.
