    That pic is ripped, it also has broad arrows (Can only be used for slayer) and some useless ice key thing which makes no sense at all to have in your invy.

    You're wrong, broad arrows can be used for anything, try them yourself. He's not wearing the cape, some guy nearby is, compare the clothes. Also theres not an ice key, but a holy wrench, it gives more prayer per p pot dose.
