Unfair PROMOTIONS.

OK, straight to the point, Finn quit a few month ago, or retired as moderator or something.. as soon as he comes back he's straight ranked back as ADMINISTRATOR?

I'm not saying that I should be put there or whatever, but this does seem a bit unfair when some other moderators could of been ranked up rather than auto-promo to admin.

 

He left as an administrator, then came back as an administrator. He wanted to enjoy his summer without sythe a bit, and so he did. He went through the exact same voting process all over again, and he got the rank. Him getting admin isn't limiting anyone else from becoming staff, if we find someone who we think is suitable for moderator then we bring them up and they get voted in.

 

The world isn't fair. Power will change hands as those who hold it see fit. What does it matter if he or anyone else does or does not gain power. It's a fundamental exhibition of internal judgment or jealousy you and most people will develop, when in reality it's all fabricated. Power is a word and can be substantiated to nothing more or less. People, positions, and things will always naturally represent this, and their will be those who question or judge it from alternate perspectives.

 

It doesn't matter that he left; the staff voted, and, based on his prior performance, felt he deserved to be re-instated as an admin.
