Unfair infraction

Fair? I think not. It was claimed that I was "backseat modding" when all I saw was "thx a ton for the double post." thanking someone for something does not qualify as backseat modding, however if I HAD said "this thread should get closed" that would qualify as backseat modding.

I would like a different mod to take a look at this please.
