    Seller's Sythe profile link: @Searchy

Searchy wanted some BTC off me of the amount 5k usd, for reference usually I give him 1:1 for EUR payments

I told Searchy there would be a fee for USD which I didn't realise before and he told me to eat it because we already agreed

And I specifically told him "Next time I charge 1% on USD and 0% on EUR"

I sent him the $5000 he asked for and he then wanted a third payment, and as I told him there would be a 1% fee next time

As you can see I was kind enough to let him off the 1% because we had a deal and I was happy to do 0% on the 5k

I then sent him the third payment

I worked out how much it would be in BTC and he then tells me he won't cover this 1% for the third payment

I was pretty annoyed about that as I was kind enough to not give him 1% on the 5k because we had a deal

As you can see here he told me "BTC amount not fixed"

And he didn't want to do the 1% as seen from the incorrect USD amount he quoted

After lots of arguing anyway he said if I sent him some EUR he wants usd to be 1:1

I agreed which is all fine and good.

I sent him 3500 EUR to note

Like last time I worked out the BTC amount using a website called Preev which we both use and it was worked out to me 1.2271 BTC

And if this 1% problem wasn't enough, out of pure greed and only doing what serves him... He decides that he wants a fixed BTC amount right now because BTC went up

I am understandably annoyed at this because it's just hypocritical and he changed his mind because BTC went up

If BTC went down, he would have chose to send me USD amount which is what makes it so annoying

I think that is pretty greedy and he just changes his mind depending on what financially serves him

And he sent me 1.2271 BTC where he should send me 1.2325 at the latest rate I gave him.

He should owe me if Sythe agree with me ‭0.0054‬ BTC

It may seem like a small issue not to bother with, but it's the principle because he refuses to send me

Additionally I gave him that BTC amount because I thought he was going to send instantly which he did not, he sent it 4 hours later and then expected that to be the agreed amount all because it would save him money.

I am amazed he says to me he won't pay it out and I am in the wrong

I said I needed 5-10k USD at 1:1 which you agreed to. At the last payment you said 1% fee and sent it before giving me a chance to say yes or no lol. Either way, that's not relevant because I agreed to take 3500 EUR Skrill after that in order for you to stop crying about the 1%. I said btc amount not fixed because you had the debt wrong, you had the 1% included, and I also said it because I was traveling and needed to buy btc on an exchange still.

Once I got on pc, we sorted the total debt and you gave me the btc amount to buy on the exchange. You can even see on the screenshot that i'm asking for the btc amount so I know how much to buy. And once payment was all set you noticed btc dropped and tried to squeeze more money/btc out of me. You're wild, dawg. Bet you wouldn't have updated btc amount if btc went up :)

Actually I was the one who said do you need 5-10k, you asked for 5k which I gave you a 0% fee on

And I honestly believe you are changing your mind to do what best serves you

You wouldn't accept the 1% on the payment above 5k, and you decide to make the BTC amount fixed once it goes up

Maybe I am out of my mind like you say, but I personally believe I am in the right on this one and you should owe me the difference, because you simply changed your mind because BTC went up

At 8:50 PM we made an agreement. You said I owed you 1.2271 BTC for all the Skrill payments you sent for me. I agreed and went ahead and bought the BTC. This has now been fully paid out, I've fulfilled my part of the deal. Any other information you're supplying is irrelevant

The payment was send 4 hours later and it was expected straight away

And before you were telling me btc amount not fixed

Now because you bought it 4 hours later I am expected to take this loss also, a loss which you would not take for me

That particular amount wasn't fixed because your debt was wrongly calculated and I was not at pc to buy bitcoin. Why are you trying to twist the situation? That's messed up, stop spamming and let them decide. I'm done replying to you

Hopefully you two have resolved this by now., but if not, 1.2271 BTC seems fair to me based on the circumstances.
