Underaged sex?

Nub !! .. It's 15 in Denmark

the law in denmark:

the directly law says: "you gotta be 15 to have sex"

but it's made for one purpose. Raping, and "pushing" or what it's called.

if you're both <15 / 1x <15 + 1x >15 or both >15 you can have sex legally

but if the 1 is <15 and the other one is of age (>18), the 18< can be judged.

also, if a 15-18 yeared have sex with a >18-yeared person who has a close connection to the teen (parent (eew), psycoligist, teacher, ect, ect) he can also be judged.



I like these rules/laws, since I can't see why you can't have sex under the age of 15. I'm 16, never had a girlfriend, but I had some fun though ...

Simply, I don't get why it can be illegal in US, for 2 18> to have sex... I believe that a lot of people do it though? - so why not make it legal. Cant be a such respected law suck as "you may not kill"

I dont see a problem with it, if its protected and they dont make foolish moves such as having a kid or like pulling out or what not, aka taking chances lol.

 

If someone is mature enough to have sex underaged, why not? But before you start, just make sure that if you did have a baby you'd have all means to take care of it.

Me and my boyfried had sex about 4 months into our relationship ( wich is also when i lost my virginity XD ), he was 16 at the time and im 17. its all about youre relationship and feelings ya' know? dont do it after youve said i love you a few times, its special when a guys willing to wait, and it just makes that moment even more special, when it comes to underaged sex, unless youre both only 1-2 years apart, its ok IF you really know where youre hearts at .

Actually.. its not considered rape if the girl DECIDES to do it.

 

it really depends on the ages difference and the maturity of the couple...if they have been together for a very long time its alright... as long as they are 8 year olds who are going to have sex... its stupid i heard of this case where a boy 17 was sent to juvenile prison, because his girfriend was 15 and 10 months when they finally did it...he got sent to prison because thats the minimum penalty for statutory rape in that state....

Why does it matter about underaged intercourse if the two poeple are mature, use proper protection and its about taking their relationship further, rather than doing it within 2 weeks of being together simply to have sex

i think its stupid for some1 that is 18, to be in love with a 15 year old, and she loves him back. they have been dating for about 4 months and decide to have sex. the mother hates the guy, but her daughter wont listen to her and keeps seeing him, they're in love. the mother finds out they had sex, calls the police, and there is nothing the 16 year old can do. the 18 year old is labled for life. he is now a sex preditor. i think thats messed up.
