Underage sex is fine with me as long as both partners agree to it because my former girlfriend and I had sex several times and we both enjoyed it. We broke up because she thought that I let another girl give me a ******* (which kinda happened but....)

When most people on this forum that are saying its ok are talking about lovemaking. You must realize purely physical are fine as long as its safe. Thats the only reason why the law is there. So that uneducated people arent pregrant at 15 with STI's or STD's.

 

It's up to them though, you can't force people not to do something just because they don't know better.

 

I am not trying to limit them. I am merely stating why the law is enforced. Countries like Africa have such a high AIDs problem because of uneducated, unprotected sex. Personally, I believe the problem has escalated to a point of no return. And the problem with underage sex is exactly that.^^^^^^. But I still have not said I am against it.

Firstly i assume each person who said masturbation is healthy here has never even so much as gotten a wristie off a chick because once you have had them do it you wouldn't say that.

Second, statuatory rape, is the biggest load of bullshit around. Now days i go out to surfers and talk to a chick, she is dressed in the full slutty outfit looks about 20 ask how old she is and shes 14-15, but how easily they could fool you. THEN if their parents find out, you the innocent guy looking for a fuck. Get hauled off to the lockup.

In my opinion they shouldn't be able to group it in the same catagory as RAPE unless force is used.

I think its important to wait until your old enough to take responsibility because sex sometimes can lead to a child, so unless your ready well yeah lol

 

Its alrite, in a free country we should be free to do what they do.
The government shouldnt be able to decide for us about things like this.

 

I don't really care either way, sex isn't a huge thing at my school.. people have it and it's not a big deal. They sell condoms at our local store to kids (legal, in some states kids under 18 that buy condoms get discounts)

I think that it should be a law, the negatives are far greater than the positives.
Pleasure for a couple hours < STD's SRSLY who wants genital warts or aids k?

Well, in my oppinion and experience, i agree with underaged sex. I'm 15 atm and i'm stilla virgin. I don't really feel pressure by my friends to have sex or nothing. I'm more worried about my relationship with my girlfriend atm because i don't think it's gonna last. Anyways, teens should have free condoms in schools and there should be a test about sex and it's dangers and benefits [in school too xD]

No It's not good, I mean I don't want my kids to go fraking at 14, so I'm going to set an example. When My kids are going to say, <But dad you probably did it!>. I can proudly tell them that I didn't and that I waited...

 

LOL, Very true but the fact is that I don't think there should be a law controlling it and convicting young kids for something like that is wrong.
I do think you should wait to avoid TONS of problems that can come with it but I know some people will do it anyways and all I have to say is be smart. Use a condom every time unless you want a kid. Think of having a kid right now would it be fair to them? imagine that the kid will end up growing up with there grandma or something rather than with you and always having that thought of why couldn't my dad be their or why wasn't my mom here for me? But if you think your responsible enough and debate that topic then good I hope you stay true to what you say and you are able to handle a kid and give them a good life.
