I'm almost 16 which would make me legal, but i'm still a virgin. I believe that people who have sex etc just as a subject to look cool or be a part of the following trend that's around nowerdays with underaged sex. Also, if you're going to do it, do it, but then people make a show of it, and tell everyone. I mean, what is that proving? You're a slut? I hate it when people do that. But if you're mature enough and are actually having sex with the love reason, than i see no problem with one doing so.

 

i dont think morals have anything to do with it. If someone is thinking its morally wrong its only because they live by the law.

I Would say there is no crime in Underaged sex if it is consensual you both know what your getting into how would it be illegal.. As long as you do not broadcast or share this it should be totally legal

 

i honestly think, the US shouldn't put an age limit, why make it a "law". i think its the parents job to educate their kids, and pursude them to wait, not the government. but why put people in jail for it.

if anything, they should have a maximum age limit, like 50 lmao. because after that age its just wrong.

well im only 15, turning 16 next wednesday, and my girlfriend is 16. We have sex, but i want to. i think that if both parties want to then its okay, but only if the younger party who is under 16 decides first. then there is no pressure on them. if the under 16 asks or decides first then it should be okay. if the older party asks first or suggests it whatever, i dnt think that it should be allowed. just my opinion...

 

well, one thing that will piss me off, if i had sex with a girl who was more then willing and I'd be the one who get's charged for rape, the girl's will get out free, and possibly if anythign some phyciatric meetings or w.e girl's punishments are never taken as seriously as guys, ESPECIALLY in schools. but I say underage sex is fine as long as both parties are ready and willing to accept any of the medical concequences. well I'd do it with a girl anyday if she was at least my age, I knew she was clean, and good looking, cuz if she's not it just makes me desprate but I honesly would do it with a heavy set girl just to try it (more cushion for the pushin')

I'm 16, and alot of my friends have had sex before the age of 16. It's part of the 'culture' in certain areas of Australia, certain communities. It may be seen as morally wrong to christians; but those who are having sex before 16 couldn't give a rats ass about it.


It's their choice, if they wish to risk it and get convicted under 'statutory rape' (Sex under the age of 16) then so be it.
