Underaged sex?

I don't see any problem with it. Me being a girl, I've had sex about 2 times, then again I'm 16 and I actually USE protection.

 

Hmm. Tough topic really. I'm kinda old school like that. If you wanna have underaged sex then you should have some conditions to meet.

Actually be in love ( The real kind. )
Care about the person your with ( Obviously. )
And for Christ sakes use protection. You dont wanna fuck your entire lives up now do you?

I'd think it's illegal, if you're having underage sex in certain places, you will go to court and put yourself in jail, that's my opinion ><

Morally having sex at an early age is kind of wrong, you dont enjoy it much when you grow up. Thats my personal opinion though.

 

It depends, IMO. If two people are in love, let them do what they want. But if the girl/guy is just having sex for fun or the experience, I consider it unnecessary, but allowable.

But how would they make that kind of law?
New law-"If couples below the age of 17 are in love and are brilliantly infatuated with each other, they may have sex. If teenage couples are simply fooling around, they may not." Lol any teenage couple can lie when they get caught.

I think there needs to be a law of under-aged sex. Kids get reckless.

 

So all your worried about is over-population and the abortion factor? No, the problem is the spread of STDs among the youth. Do you want to have 8 and 9 year olds infected with AIDS and HIV because they were reckless and did not know any better. The concern is that an 8 and 9 year old does not have the rational thinking to use protection and prevent impregnation and viruses, some leading to death.

People will have the freedom to make responsible choices. It's like going on a ride when you need a certain height. If you are tall enough there is a chance you will still hurt yourself if you fall out somehow. But it's you choice, and the government made the height bar too high.

People of 13 want to have sex, they want the ride, and they are as tall as those at 16 (in the beiing able to make decisions for yourself sense)

 

Well actually underaged sex is not illegal if you are the same age. For instance if two 13 year olds have sex, its not illegal. Its only illegal if someone over 18 has sex with someone under 18. If you notice, there are plenty of Planned Parenthood buildings in any State, I live in California and I have two Planned Parenthood buildings within a 30 mile radius of me that helps kids who have sex under 18.
