Yeaaa, i actually think Shawn is right, most people WILLING lose their vriginity when their sober. And don't you think that MOST sex is done when at least one of the "couple" is sober?

 

I'm glad it's not illegal in finland. well, having sex with under 16 year old when you are above 18 is illegal. anyways, in my opinion there's nothing bad if *example* two 16 year old kids would have sex if they feel to be ready for it. everybody makes their own decitions in their lives. so make love kids! but remember to use protection. underage pregnancy ain't that fun thing when you have to face it!

 

Under aged is fine, in my opinion, as long as their married.

It really depends on your moral ethics. The answer would be different from person to person depending upon several things such as ethics, age, maturity level, and highly upon religion.
From my standpoint (not the greatest moral ethics, 17, decently high maturity level, and a catholic) I would say that under aged sex is fine, as long as it's consensual. I feel as if two parties are equally committed to having sexual relations then so be it. There are certain terms where I think it would be improper such as one party being intoxicated or much younger than the other party.

I think its unepropriate for under aged teens unless they both think they are ready whcih in most cases are definatly not... also with the problems of stds ect.

i think that you shouldnt be allowed to have underage sex because ppl are not mature enough and do not think of the consequences. u all kno wat the consequences are. i was reading in the news yesterday that actually there was a like 9 year old kid that was pregnant lol and was going to have to have a abortion(articulate side)

I would like for you people that just say its fine to think if you had a daughter that was having sex at 13-14. you wouldnt aprove of that would you.

Why does Marriage come in to the picture? It is a completely pointless ceremony that wastes a terrible amount of money, and binds you to wear a ring for the rest of your life/until you divorce. I'd hardly call Marriage an exception to the law.

However, I do not conform with modern society, because its so laughable. People's idea of a perfect society just crack me up, therefore I have absolutely no problem with underage sex, or anything else of the like. The only real thing I hate in society is drugs, because they make complete fuckups of intelligent people, but that is aside from the subject.

Underage sex? Go for it, but I don't really care. Sexual activities aren't really my cup of tea, I prefer to do productive things.
