Explanation of the trade: Prior to the deposit, I researched Tanged's legitamacy via Sythe, Powerbot and TriBot platforms and realised he had many vouches and currently holds donation slots in every forum, influencing my decision to contact him via his Skype address linked to his trading profile.

No service was calculated at 400Euro show one pm where I agreed to be paid that for anything I did

 

This estimation was based upon 4 different powerlevelers, which you explicitly said you 'couldn't give a fuck about', looking back what I thought to be reasonable pricing and you literally scammed me with this overpriced service. Needless to say I've never said once I'm not happy to pay for the service you have partially done, this is what me and many others believe to be justifiable. The fact that you want to claim I botted, thus, voiding the service (which I have been told individualised TOS' are against Sythe), is completely void in itself because you hadn't even carried out 0.5% of the agreed order (200k exp hunter 180 PC points and a firecape). I am finished speaking with you Tanged, I've wasted countless days checking up on whether you were going to fulfil your service, since recently when you explicitly mentioned to me you do not want to start the RC hunter or PC points as agreed because of your wife and irl issues including a holiday expense.

Furthermore, before the deposit you promised me an ETA that everything would be concluded 30 days from payment. Since the payment your partner powerleveler (wife) had mysteriously cut her right hand and couldn't assist you with the powerleveling, continuing your procrastination. If you want to bring up this supposed TOS, you have breached countless agreements that I have all on our skype conversations, missing ETA's is just a measly one of many.

You know very well what we agreed, and it saddens me that I had to escalate everything. But despite our friendly conversations I now know you are just the same as all the other internet scammers I've dealt with in the past.

This whole experience from the payment has been shady, from the missed calls, delayed responses and overall disgusting attitude telling me to cut my losses and that you couldn't care less about the whole situation.

Moderators, I would highly prefer to have this whole situation mediated from this point forward.

 

This service was from tribot which allows individuals TOS which is the whole base.
I will state this again this dispute if for tribot not sythe.

In actual fact, the whole correspondence was made via Skype, I just used the platforms to confirm your legitimacy, as has been confirmed to be satisfactory

 

I used the skype link from your tribot sythe and website to confirm that it was you as well as send you a PM on TriBot.

The way I see it, your business is multi platform and should be all addressed accordingly

 

All of this is irrelevant, the fact stands you have been paid £1,487.00, only 20% of the service has been carried out, you are actively saying you refuse to carry out the remainder. Therefore, I demand a refund on my initial deposit for the remainder of the order.

if not images you can video the whole thing from start to finish.

2 = voids service
3 = no refund

you agreed to botting the account during service would render you with no refund.

My friend botted on his account after u completed 10 F2P quests and when you completed 200k exp hunter on my account.

thats less than 1% of the order, so you say its fair for you to keep my deposit of £1,480.00 for this reason?
