Go to your nearest tattoo parlor, and get a tattoo on your forehead that says "Dumbass."

On a serious note, tattoo's aren't attractive at all.
Maybe something careful on a girl or something who's old enough, but I mean don't get the words "Come get it" tattoo'd above your pussy or something. And guys don't get "Legend" with an arrow pointing to your cock tattoo'd. Seriously, be smart about it.

 

This is very much untrue. Our brains, especially in the early teenage years are nowhere near fuly developed until 23 in females, and 25 in males. Children SHOULD NOT be given the power to make such decisions. If there was no dicipline, the world would not be as developed as it is today.

I honestly have no opinion because all the places in town would give tattoos to 13 year olds if they brought enough money..

But if that were to change, I'd say the legal age should be 16 at the most.

 

I believe we lack one piece of information. A tattoo should be totally out of the question if the reasoning behind it is to look cool. I, however, believe that a tattoo with Real Life meaning can be justified with the correct event.
IF you suffer a tragic loss I can see where that may cause the tattoo to be justified.

If you later regret it in life you can get laser surgery to remove it, which is very expensive so have fun with that.

You're making it seem like getting a tattoo is the worst thing in life. You do know that tattoo parlors aren't infested with diseases or whatever your parents/teachers are preaching to you. They disinfect all of their needles to maintain their business licenses and all GOOD tattoo artists wear gloves when administering tattoos.

On that note, however, I still feel that anywhere under 15 is too young to get a tattoo.

Totally not true in any sense at all. Tattoo shops are monitored for sanitations, however, some shops remain undetected. If not sanitized properly, you can get HIV and Hepatitis from the needles. In Denver, two legitimate shops (Freaky's) were close due to extreme infections. Freaky's is a major chain found in tons of states around the nation.

I think that it should be your decision whether you want to get a tattoo or not.
It is your body, do what you want with it.
But some Christan's will say, that it is a sin to do this, I mean the Bible says "treat your body like a temple".

But I think it should be entirely up to you.
