    LOL in india they dont ask for I.D to buy or to drink noone gives a fuck if and you can go buy ciggrettes at any age

    Well wanted it closed, but its not yet.

    But I have gotten some great responses.

    Very interesting how different parts of the world handle it. I like how the country Georgia handles it.

    Underage drinking is common here, 21 is a high legal age.. seeing that a lot of people get into 4lokos at 15-16.. I drink here and there.

    Responsible drinking > Age
