Unban?

I was banned here.

I am appealing on the grounds that it wasnt me who did this trade/scam. I have never used that paypal etc and I am not sure if you can check IP's. My password was the same for everything unfortunately.

I did know about the ban previously and as I was rarely in the scene anyway, I very shamefully did nothing about it as I was naive and thought I would forget about it.

I had done trades with Elena in the past and she was a good friend of mine. I also donated a lot to this website and would not risk all of that for a measly $400. I am willing to provide the $400 to Elena at todays rates.

Elena - regardless of whether the unban is sucessful I shall refund you $400, please do pass me your details as I am on a completely new skype account.

Once again, I apologise for the actions of myself after the scam occured and it was extremely low of me to not attempt to clarify the situation at the time, nor provide Elena with a refund.

Thanks for posting. We can't accept this dispute because it's already been much longer than 1 month since you were banned & the moderator that banned you is no longer a member of the staff. I encourage you to refund any members that were scammed and appeal for a pardon in the Request a Pardon section. You MUST read and follow the stickies in the Request a Pardon section, else your pardon request will simply be denied.
