Unban plocks?

Hi. I was banned for "scamming". I told Cfrey I scammed someone.
That was not the case. Someone issued a TWC, and I MMed frequently, so there was no real reason for me to stay.
There was no Evidence of me actually scamming. It was because either Finn or Pen or Cfrey issued the TWC. Who could possibly MM with a TWC?
