Hey guys, Its Adam here. I was banned awhile back, my account was compromised due to a database leak and someone had gotten all of my password off all my emails, etc. I now have them back and I am trying to see if you guys could unban me. I recovered my emails etc. Thank you guys.

I seen that and I tried to contact him, I was not the one to send that message, all of my accounts were compromised including my Sythe. If I can get ahold of him I will offer a refund though due to my passwords all being the same which caused my Sythe to be compromised

 

I will refund the guy who was scammed by whoever compromised me, I tried contacting on skype but he hasnt been on. When they compromised me they sent a vouch for a trade the compromiser did. He had my skype, sythe, and email. Can you guys lift ban? I want back in the Sythe community. Thanks, Adam

A question I'd like you to answer first, why are you disputing now and not immediately after your ban if you were hacked? Regardless of the answer, the result of that scam was the trader losing $1250.00 USD, which you will have to repay.

 

I miss this community. I just told you I was compromised, I got all my information back and secured my accounts. I was a very reputable buyer/seller on these forums. I do not understand why it is my fault, if someone was to compromise your account and scam that much gold, would you pay it? You are forcing me to pay something that I have no control over. I said I'd refund him if I had a way to contact him. But I was hacked, I cannot control that

 

Don't ignore my question, why are you disputing now instead of immediately after (it's been 18 months, did it take you 18 months to change your password and add 2FA to your account?)
You are responsible for your account, and yes, you will have to repay the victim.

 

Well I created my own website, I wasn't able to access my email or sythe because the guy that compromised my changed my email password, recovery number, recovery email, etc. I quit trying to recover it because I honestly didn't think there was much hope. I will repay the victim if he ever comes back online. I just recently was able to access my yahoo mail again that the hacker compromised. I then reset all my passwords and changed all the account recoveries. After seeing that I got banned 18 months ago I quit dealing through forums because all of my forum accounts were banned and I had no way to get back in. As I stated before, I created my own website and just started doing business through there.

 

You're not able to dispute your ban since it's been 18 months. If you had refunded/disputed it within a month of your ban, you would've been able to dispute it.
You'll have to create a pardon here Request a Pardon but not before you've attempted to refund the victim for at least a month.

> Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)
