Unban my friend

well im here because my friend "NotAnoob" got banned for scamming. he posted his proof sent a admin an email and found himself unbanned. The guy who banned him the first time still thought he should be banned even though the admin and zyper found he was not guilty(sounds like court) and the person banned him again. he forgets his name but the person who banned him was not liked around here and after he was banned the mod then got banned from Bmarket and tooken his powers away then eventually ip banned. so NotAnoob wants to have another chance here as he did get banned for no reason after he proved he was innocent. thank you
