I have been banned as a "hacked account". I don't believe my account has been hacked, as i am relatively safe with all my information,, perhaps just a confusion over ip's as i have two home address's.

I have access to my original email and can confirm anything if need be - K******_B****@hotmail.co.uk.

@Dave This is one of my home address's, i have multiple due to living away from home/parents having a complete different address also.

I have added you on skype and sent you a message/explanation. As mentioned,i have access to the original email, have ID on skype and anything else you may require.

Unfortunately none of the above is enough. At best you can maybe try to add my skype and forward me some emails from like 2010-2011 that show your Sythe name in the email. If you can do that then we can talk

Not being rude.. but i'm unsure as to why the above isn't enough? I have the original email linked to the account. I can prove my ID and that this is infact me. By the looks of other recovery threads, they seem to get recovered with what i have provided..? Not really appreciating the fact my account has been banned due to the fact i have logged in from a few different locations. I know for a fact my account hasn't been hacked, as i have a clean PC/Laptop.

I have added you on skype and sent the only 1-3 emails i could find, most of them have been erased as they are well over 3 years old. i can also prove information via paypal too.

I'm "not being rude" either but what would your ID do for me? Your full name isn't shown anywhere on the boards so that means zero. You weren't banned because of an IP change, you were banned because of an insecurity on your account.


Do you have your PayPal posted anywhere on the boards? Because I too have an ID and a PayPal account, hell I even have a car, but posting pictures doesn't prove I'm who I say I am

 

Sent a message to @Kalipop on Skype.

 

After being messaged on Skype, I went ahead and verified the ownership with the pictures he had previously sent @Dave on Skype and cross-referencing it with a government-issued ID and other information.

I've changed the e-mail on your account and sent a password reset request. When logging in, please set a new, unique password and enable 2FA on your account.

The ban has been lifted as well.
