unban cash_cow!

hello i am cash cow! i am trying to get my account clean and clear! i was told to get vouches so my account can be trusted then i was going to donate some money to help! but before that happen i was ban . please help! this is my first ever account i am a trusted staker/swap/ account maker in rs3/ and 07 im not a normal player in runescape i am well known in gambling /stake in runescape 4-5 years your making it so hard for player to use your forums that never used it before everytime i logg in i get banned its not fun
