    There is the archives thread.
    He has messaged me sayin there were difficulties and that if he is unbanned, he will give me his end of the deal.

    Please unban him and if he does deliver the goods, then I apologize to him and the moderators for wasting your time.

    If he does not deliver, then I still apologize to the mods for wasting even more of your time in unbanning him, then bannin him again.

    I will gladly unban bp skillz, but not until AFTER he refunds you. If he is unbanned first, there is a chance he could just go on a scamming spree before taking off again.

    Let him know that is the deal, and that if he decides to refund you I will need confirmation from you before he is unbanned.
