Do I now? Even though I have completed 41 MM's?
No, I don't expect to be paid every time, but it would certainly be a bonus to the time I contribute to help others.
As you go through life, you will learn that you cannot decide such things in advance.
There is a time for play, and a time for work. Being able to distinguish between this will decide how much time I have available for OMM'ing, if given the position/rank.
