Fair enough, but lets take somebody like FireZ.

He's abrupt, curt and sometimes just a dick (mostly to banned members ect)

But the community as a whole needs that kind of moderation because FireZ is great at what he does and we have moderators like Dave and Entrr who are on the flip side. And you can tell the community as a whole respects FireZ.

But he's not things like unprofessionalistic, lopsided and he dosen't make multiple choices that have the community backlash on because whatever the choice made could have been common sense.
