mod wise fine but I think all members of staff have personal qualities/characteristics that they would need to tweak to be perfect in the eyes of the community, people just can't accept that no staff member can be perfect 100% of the time

Fair enough, but lets take somebody like FireZ.

He's abrupt, curt and sometimes just a dick (mostly to banned members ect)

But the community as a whole needs that kind of moderation because FireZ is great at what he does and we have moderators like Dave and Entrr who are on the flip side. And you can tell the community as a whole respects FireZ.

But he's not things like unprofessionalistic, lopsided and he dosen't make multiple choices that have the community backlash on because whatever the choice made could have been common sense.
