Unable to sign in

Hi team,

My name is "Alerts" I have recently tried to get back onto the forums and have ran into the problem indicating my account has been compromised. If there is anyway I can send a recovery to my email which was registered to the account or speak to someone further In discussing recovery methods that would be greatly appreciated.

I've recently posted a few months ago but wasn't aware that the e-mail went into my junk mail so i've missed both requests to reset my details. I still try and log-in and unable due to my account being banned.

My account name is "Alerts" and the e-mail is still registered under a******u@h****.c******* I have e-mails asking to log in through the link to reset my password from the start of the year. I'm not to sure what else there is to provide but if i could communicate with a moderator through discord or within e-mail to verify IP address and so on would be happy to do so.

Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address.
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

NOTE: If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.
