I have a few people on msn who are unable to make an accont
Here is the error they get.

Warning: mysqli::mysqli() [mysqli.mysqli]: (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'ipsearchuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /includes/ipsearchfunc.php on line 4
Connect failed: Access denied for user 'ipsearchuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Have they tried making an account on a proxxy? I know the staff some times suggests that to users that are having problems signing up.

[ChristmasCracker]

It was for like 10 people.
Doubt it can be the same for all them

Registration is down for the moment, let them know to just be patient, thanks
