Not receiving emails?

I'm trying to reset my password and I managed to receive the reset one however the one containing my new password hasn't arrived. Now whenever I try I don't receive any emails. The site may be having problems with email host. Username: xGMERZ and email: [email protected]

Hi, I still haven't received anything? and yes I'm checking every folder including spam.
