Un-ban fire caper' appeal.

I'm appealing for fire caper' to be unbanned.
I'm trusted i had lot#s of vouche's and to get banned i hated it.
I'm asking for 1 more c hance.
If you do and i scam or somthin again, ip ban me, i'll never ban evade.
