ummm... very confused !!!

What does Bump actually mean , becuase i've seen it in every single thread here :S ???????????????????????

When you bump a thread, on the second page, it brings it to the top of the 1st page so more people notice the thread. Sometimes if you don't bump it up, some threads don't ever get noticed again because it's on the 10th page an whatever
