Um special treatment?

Account is banned for supposedly getting hacked for the second time, This time resulting in a member being scammed out of 150mil,The account is Perm banned untill that is payed back, So what myself and some others want to know is what gives him the special treatment to still use another account whilst his other is banned for being responsible for the above.

Im not trying to be smart by posting this im just curious to know as to why some people can do things that others wouldn't get away with.

 

I'm not even sure if that is Cosrob. And if it is, we didn't even know he was using it, so it's quite unfair to say we're giving him special treatment.

EDIT: It is, banned.

 

Fair call, It wasn't directly pointed at anyone that supposedly knew, It was better said then not though.
