Briefly explain the trade:I was buying 2 runescape upgrades for 30m. I was going first 1 at

a time, so I traded him 15m. He then gave me a fake code that did not work and started

saying that some dude must have given him the wrong code. I then said I wanted a refund in

which he said the dude was online and he is getting the code. 10 minutes later or so I said

I'm tired of waiting and would just like a refund now. Then he blocks me on Msn leaving me

15m poorer.

If for any reason this is not enough to ban the person I have the entire 30minute time

wasting video on my computer. It was taking to long to render and I have things to do, so I

couldnt upload it. If a mod would like to check it out via tv or something that is fine. But
