This guide has a lot of the methods that you can easily get off runescape forums. I don't think this is a guide that's worth buying, because I hate having to work for my cash. Why would I wanna waste time working for the cash when I can buy it for $3.50 a mill. This is just my opinion. The methods in this guide do work though.
