True price manipulation involves buying out large amounts of commonly used items, such as food or potions. People will buy these items whatever the price, because they're necessary for daily activities.

just check the GE charts the items that are going up are all usualy junk , this is becase secret orgranizations like this one buys theese items in large ammounts and once enouf people get them it will go up even 1gp is large profit depending on how much youve invested in
