Ultimate Fighter Help?

Anyone know some decent spots that aren't too crowded where I can get 69-78 attack with 20 def?

I had been using Cool HGK in the resource dungeon, but after like an hour I died and then I think I was standing at varrock respawn point for like 8 hours :/

personally I like minotaurs, you wont die at least... but its only around 45kexp an hour for me
