I am looking to get a quote for a UIM Mahogany Homes quote.
I am currently about 66% of the way through 76 construction and am looking for 84 construction.
This is going to require just about 1.5mil construction xp.
UIM mahogany homes requires chopping teak logs, turning them into teak planks planks at the lumber mill, running to the location of the contract and then doing the ADEPT contract. NOT EXPERT CONTRACTS
This also means that about 5500 teak logs will have to be chopped for the planks.
Be VERY AWARE that this is a janky as fuck service and is not standard.
Due to low defense, I do NOT have access to Lunar Magics, so you would have to run to the contract person after EVERY SINGLE CONTRACT.
I do have enough points for a plank sack already. I have ~275 steel bars noted in the inventory. The service should require ~225, according to the osrs portal MH calculator. You would NOT need to go make them at Blast Furnace.
I have well built out POH that includes a spirit tree. I have SOTE completed, so you can take that spirit tree to Prif, chop teak logs, and turn them into planks right there at the trees.
A sample run would look something:
1. Chop an inventory of teak logs
2. Turn into planks at the lumber mill ~10 tiles away, fill plank sack with 28 planks
3. Chop more logs, turn into planks, until both plank sack and inventory is full.
4. Make sure there are ~2 steel bars in the inventory that are un-noted.
5. Once you have a full inventory/plank sack and 2 steel bars, tele to location of contact
6. Complete contract. Have a cuppa tea.
7. Go get a new contract
8. Tele to POH
9. Take POH Spirit Tree to prif
10. Return to Step 1.
Preferred payment methods are Zelle, Venmo, cashapp, or OSRS GP.
Payment will need to be split up between 2 payments. One at the beginning of the service, and then one approximately halfway through, to ensure that I am risking the least amount of money/GP as possible.
