UI Design - Startup

I've been hired to design the complete site for a startup under the name of ESX.

This is the homepage, and I'll be designing and developing the remaining pages as well.
Once the remaining of the project is completed I'll be sharing the remaining pages in another post, and there will be a live version.

Hi, I appreciate the compliment!

In terms of coding, I don't use any layout frameworks. I just use CSS Grids/Flexbox to achieve the code of any design and responsively. For animations, I use GSAP and jQuery. Here I am using CSS based animations that I make myself and with Animate.css.

For the design itself, I just export the required elements in order to code the design e.g the images of the teams, the backgrounds, etc..rest is CSS and HTML.

Clean work as usual. I can appreciate the sizing and layout of everything. Easily navigated. Only thing that kind of throws me off is the news box 'Featured Story'. Seems a little out of place or random. I like the flow of things overall though and I can see it becoming very popular due to its easy use/navigation.
