Pretty sure if you read the conversation between Gp4Gp and the thread's OP there should be enough there to ban them both if not only Im_Positive

 

No real proof of anything I am afraid, I'd need screenshots of the conversation.

 

My apologies, I overlooked the part where OP stated he
"beat the initial scammer to the punch"
and the part where the other user stated he is;
"going through with his threat."

This was very sloppy of me, however it is taken care of now.
