UFO's. Government conspiracy?

I don't know that I believe in UFO sightings, as much as I do in the existence of other life in the universe, or even galaxy. There has to be some kind of other life form out there. And I would think that if they were advanced enough to travel inter-dimensionally, then they would leave us alone to do our own thing.
Just my thoughts.
