Magic Arrow and I were closely tied until the votes got over 10. Then I started splitting away from the others slowly and had a 3 vote lead. Come back and Rsaccounttrader has like 6 more than me, and there's just a 1 vote lead under me after that. I'm like.. Wtf.

I would like to thank all of those who voted for me, and if this Committee is still to happen, I will do my best at fulfilling the role.

I dont see there's any issue in what he did, he just really wanted the position.

 

It just seems to me like it's too much for the Sythe community to take. I mean, come one we're fighting over who got the most votes...

I'm not being biased towards rsaccounttrader but if I were in an election of some sort, I would try my best to get everyone I knew to vote for me. Unless it was explicitly against the rules to have any contact with anyone about voting matters etc.

Rsaccounttrader took the initiative to ask people he knew to vote for him, he as Spyike said was being proactive, I'd completely agree with that. He took his opportunity and probably the rest of the nominees should have too.


However this turns out and the twists it takes; Congratz on my behalf to the U.S.C members for being chosen to represent the Sythe Community and also kudos to Deacon Frost and SUF for making this happen.

On a side note, I didn't even notice this was taking place, it should have lasted longer so more people could have voted.

1. Invite everyone into a group chat.
2. Paste the following message: "Please vote for me on this thread - (insert thread). Thanks!"
3. Repeat as needed.

It's an internet forum - not everyone is treated equal (as much as you or anyone else would like to think).

If it's not Official in the eyes of the staff then a formal complaint won't do anything.

Why not just admit it and take out those votes - wouldn't you still be a top four?

 

I'll be on to tally votes at 10pm, est. the winners will receive a pm, those who do not win, i encourage and welcome youre support in matters anyways. patrons/supporters will still be respected, and those that show continuous interest in the usc will have a higher chance of getting in when we accept more members =)

 

The way future votes will be handled will be figured out soon. The way in which users are removed from the committee, will also be figured out soon. I hope next time no drama comes from it but eh. Anything anyone does is drama.
