As you can see from that thread, he agreed to pay me $30.00 if I won the bet. He rolled a 38/100 and I rolled a 50.

**He did pay me $18.20 a couple bets prior to that, so I am not sure if he dc'd, had to get off suddenly, or what, but I gave him more than enough time for him to pay me before posting this report.


tl;dr - Requesting a ban for U N O until he pays me back in a timely manner.

It looks like he was last active the same minute you two rolled, which makes me believe something came up. I'll ban him as a precaution but as long as he pays you when hes next active, the ban will be reversed.
